1. General Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Duplicate or accidental payments caused by a system or billing error.
Payments made for services that could not be delivered due to technical or operational issues on our end.
Cancellations made within 7 days of payment before project commencement or service activation.
Prepaid hosting, SSL, or licensing packages that have not yet been provisioned.

2. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Services have already been fully delivered as per agreed specifications.
Disputes based solely on personal preferences after the project scope has been met.
Costs already incurred on third-party tools, software licenses, or hosting fees.
Delayed communication or failure on the client’s part to provide required materials or approvals.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@zenithbyte.digital. Your request must include:

Full name and contact details used during payment.
Payment reference number or transaction ID.
A detailed reason for requesting the refund.

Once received, we will review the request and notify you of approval or denial within 5–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

If a service has been initiated but not completed, we may provide a partial refund based on the proportion of work already performed and any third-party costs incurred.
